Adam, Błażej, Kacper G., Kacper H., Kacper N. and Zuzia - the first #InformaticTeam group works at the IFOM headquarters in Bologna.
Our tasks include website design, video editing, website migration from WordPress to Weebly, and graphics editing.
Thanks to these tasks, we were able to get to know and learn to use new tools, such as Weebly, as well as Canva, or the Adobe Creative Cloud package. We also learned how to work in a group, we assigned roles for which we were responsible. These tasks also allow us to check how creative we are, because in fact each page or graphic is a different vision of each of us, so we often exchange our opinions on each of the works, as a result of which we later create one joint work, which is created in such a way that it meets the expectations of every one of our team.
At work, our Mentors were Federico, Julia and Paulina, who assigned us tasks, at the same time helping us to find ourselves in the implementation of our duties. They were our helping hand, thanks to which it was pleasant to work, and we carried out the tasks assigned to us diligently, and our work was at a satisfactory level, both for us and for our Mentors.
We are very grateful to them for the fact that we found them on our Erasmus journey, because we gained a new experience, and the time spent at work was a pleasure for us!

Kacper, Marcin and Mikołaj - the second group of #InformaticTeam works at Marchignoli Assistenza Tecnica Informatica in Ozzano dell'Emilia.
Our tasks include diagnostics of computer hardware, administration of operating systems, configuration of network devices, installation of peripheral devices, as well as general support for users and employees, or performing minor service works within the company.
Each of these tasks was practically a revision of the lesson for us, because we know the next stages of the tasks. The time spent at work also allowed us to get to know the company's system, specialized software, as well as new working methods.
The internship period at Marchignoli also allowed us to improve our communication and decision-making skills, as one of our primary tasks was to communicate with other employees of the company. Communication plays a huge role during service, and earlier diagnostic works, because talking to the customer or the employee allows us to make the correct diagnosis and then decide on the appropriate repair method, which ultimately results in satisfaction in the company.
Our boss and other employees were a great support for us in the course of our work, and this combined with our diligence results in gaining new experience and deepening our knowledge.
